Your account controls

Invited students can log in and open Settings to export study data or delete their account. Where billing is connected, Settings → Manage billing provides invoices, payment-method changes and cancellation of the next renewal.

Self-service deletion waits until a subscription has ended. You can email us with an earlier privacy request, a billing concern or a problem accessing your account. Include your account email and a brief description; never send a password, payment card details or a sign-in link.
